These stunning residences were a collaboration between SNL Building, SDA Architecture and a team of talented sub-contractors and suppliers who helped bring the designer’s vision to life.
Each home was designed to maximise available light and ensure views across the coastal suburb of Merewether.
The homes had touches of luxury in every room, with features such as an internal elevator, a temperature-controlled wine cabinet, tailor-made built-in furniture, huge walk-in robes, custom raked windows, impressive high ceilings, plunge pools and outdoor kitchens.

The construction of multi-level residences featuring bespoke architectural elements, custom joinery, internal lifts, temperature-controlled wine storage, expansive walk-in robes, raked glazing, high ceilings, plunge pools, and fully equipped outdoor entertaining areas. A key focus of the project is the seamless integration of luxury finishes, functional living spaces, and premium construction outcomes that reflect the designer’s vision and complement the surrounding coastal environment.
