We are currently seeking a full-time Development Assistant to be the friendly face welcoming clients and visitors to our office while contributing to a thriving workplace culture.
This is a front-desk role with a high-level administration focus, providing support across our construction and development teams. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and professional administration support.

What you’ll do
As a Site Supervisor at SNL Building, you will lead and manage construction sites from start to finish, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site staff, maintaining clear communication and fostering a safe working environment for everyone on site.
In this role, you will closely monitor project progress, schedules, and quality control to ensure full compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations. You will also work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and successful project outcomes for every development.
