Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming calls using Microsoft Teams
- Creation of Handover Packs for developments
- Tracking and coordination of development sales
- Liaising with real estate agents, legal teams, strata companies, and internal Development and Construction teams
- Coordinating client selections and upgrades with the Construction team
- Managing the defect process with the Construction team
- Providing administrative support across the organisation
- Managing stock inventory including stationery, uniforms, office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinating fleet vehicle bookings
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years’ administration or customer service experience
- The ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A confident and professional manner
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence
Prior experience in the real estate, property management, or development industry will be highly regarded.

What you’ll do
As a Site Supervisor at SNL Building, you will lead and manage construction sites from start to finish, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site staff, maintaining clear communication and fostering a safe working environment for everyone on site.
In this role, you will closely monitor project progress, schedules, and quality control to ensure full compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations. You will also work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and successful project outcomes for every development.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in residential, commercial, or civil construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of construction drawings, plans, and compliance requirements
- Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering projects that make a difference in the community
